…best of all was Bryony and the wonderful yoga and walks. Her expertise in yoga and knowledge of the islands was incredible. Bryony really made the holiday for me, she was so welcoming and so confident and friendly, I just relaxed into the whole lovely experience from the moment I arrived.
The yoga retreat is based at Mincarlo, a striking guest house overlooking the harbour. Rooms are bright and fresh with cosy Welsh woollen blankets, down bedding, organic linen, private bathrooms and panoramic sea views. Beds are superbly comfortable for a restorative night’s sleep, and breakfasts are a feast of organic & local produce and cooked-to-order dishes. The B&B is run by yoga teacher Bryony and her husband Nick & team.
